Clinical Pilates
Participants are assessed for their needs, and an individualised program is developed for them. They are then able to join group classes and perform a program that is designed specifically for them. This is all under the supervision of a Physiotherapist.

Rehabilitation
Whether it is getting ready for surgery, recovering from an injury, returning to work or trying to optimise your performance, our physiotherapists are exceptionally well trained to develop a program that will create the optimal adaptations.

Onsite Services
We provide onsite workplace and task assessments, return to work programs, manual handling training, ergonomic assessments and onsite clinical services.

NDIS Services
South West Therapy Services treat clients that have funding under the NDIS. This can be plan, self or agency-managed. Our team can also assist clients in seeking assistance or new funding from the NDIS.
